Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, we make every effort to notify you of your upcoming appointment day and time. We message to confirm your service 2 or 3 days prior to your appointment. We confirm 48 to 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment times and inform us if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation Policy:
We love having you as our client and greatly appreciate your support of our business and talented team! Please notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule so that we can accommodate you without a charge. Cancellations of all appointments requires 48 hour notice. If this agreement is not met, you will be charged for 50% of your total service. A no-show will result in a 100% charge of your total service.
Credit Card Policy:
We require a credit card to be on file for you to reserve your appointment. The credit card number will be encrypted by our point of sale provider and will not be accessible by any Oh La Vache Salon and Spa employee or owner. The card will not be charged unless you fail to give 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule or fail to show up at the time of your appointment. You will be notified at the time of the missed appointment of any charges you will be receiving.
Late Guests:
We understand “life happens”. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us! 254-732-4885.
We strive to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guest is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day. Please be aware, in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee your services will be preformed that day. Tardiness greater than 15 minutes may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.
Client Satisfaction:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 24 hours so that we can schedule a correction service. The correction service must be scheduled within 7 days of your original appointment to avoid a separate charge.
Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy and will never sell or offer your personal information to anyone.
